I haven’t received order or shipment confirmation email
If you haven’t received your order confirmation or shipment confirmation emails, check this list of possible causes of this problem and some suggestions:
- Our email may be blocked by your network. Please check your spam email folder
- Your email address on our system may be incorrect. Please contact us.
- Your payment has not been completed or we haven’t received payment confirmation from PayPal or Worldpay. Please contact us.
- Our confirmation service was temporarily unavailable. Please contact us.
