Can I learn where my order is?
We inform dispatch of your order with an order completed email. This email includes tracking number. If your service is a courier service you can follow delivery progress through tracking number. If it is Royal Mail service, tracking option is limited. It only activates after delivery attempt by Royal Mail. If Royal Mail website does not show any delivery information, it means parcel is with Royal Mail. For Royal Mail service, if the parcel is not delivered, we are unable to give any further delivery detail.
