Why can’t I track my order?
Royal Mail service we are offering is an economy service with limited tracking information.
Tracking only activates after delivery attempt. If the parcel is delivered, you will see delivery confirmation, if delivery attempt is not successful, you will see the options. In general, no delivery information means no delivery attempt made by Royal Mail.
Courier service offers advanced tracking. You can start to track your parcel just after collection from PrintPond facility. If selected service is courier service and if you are not able to track please contact us.
