Sizes are finished folded sizes.
Example: If A4 size is selected design will be printed on A3 size and finished size will be A4 size.

Uploaded files are retained for 7 days after your order has been shipped, after which they are automatically deleted.

You can place your order without attaching files upfront. Once your order is received, we will email you a unique upload link where you can submit your file(s).

Before placing your order, please ensure the Page Count reflects the total number of pages across all files you intend to upload — this ensures your order is priced correctly.

Uploading Multiple Files

If your order contains more than one file, please be aware:

  • Files are printed in file name order — this is the only available sequence option.
  • Printing by upload order is not available, including when files are shared after the order is placed.
  • If print order matters, please rename your files before uploading (e.g. 01_report.pdf, 02_appendix.pdf).

File Transfer Options

We send a Dropbox link for file uploads by default. If your organisation does not permit Dropbox uploads, you are welcome to transfer your files via WeTransfer instead — just let us know.

Here are the most common reasons for upload issues and how to resolve them:

1. Unsupported File Type

PrintPond accepts the following file formats:

  • PDF — .pdf
  • Word — .doc, .docx
  • PowerPoint — .ppt, .pptx
  • Images — .jpg, .jpeg, .png

If your file is in a different format, please convert it to PDF before uploading. Most applications offer a "Save as PDF" or "Export to PDF" option.

2. File Too Large

Your file exceeds the maximum upload size. Try compressing or optimising your file before uploading, or check FAQ above to place an order for large files.

3. Network Issues

A temporary connection problem may be preventing the upload. Please check your internet connection and try again.

4. Browser Compatibility

Some browsers handle file uploads better than others. If you are using Edge or Safari, we recommend switching to Google Chrome and trying again.

There are a few common reasons the Add to Basket button may be unavailable:

1. Unavailable or Incompatible Product Options

Some combinations of product options may not be available or may exceed our production capabilities. When this happens, the price will display as £0.00 and the Add to Basket button will be disabled. Please scroll through the page and follow any warning messages highlighted in red to identify and correct the issue.

2. File Upload Incomplete

If a file upload did not complete successfully, it may prevent the Add to Basket button from becoming active. Please refresh the page and attempt the upload again before proceeding.

3. Browser Compatibility

Certain browsers may cause unexpected issues. If the button remains unavailable after trying the above, please switch to a different browser — for example, use Google Chrome instead of Firefox — and try again.

    Efficient order of service printing with a tomorrow delivery option

    High quality half fold order of service printing is very economic and very easy to order.

    Prepare your file either single page or double spread. If it is single page, you can upload up to 4 page file. One or two page double spread file is also very well accepted. Your file will be printed on a A4 size or A3 size page file and folded by half. If you preferto fold in house you can save even more.
